Carpet

Two big things got done today; carpeting got started, and the kitchen freestanding wall got some color.

So the cutout in the kitchen freestanding wall was stained. Also, a first coat of paint was added to that wall. Clearly there a spots that didn’t get painted, or did, but then got patched over. I think the wall was not entirely prepped for paint, and that’s why the white spots are there, but I’m sure it will be all fixed up shortly. Anyway, the cutout is looking great.

Carpeting got put down starting in our primary bedroom and my office, which look finished, and partially put down in the hallway and Martha’s office.
